In the process we were also introduced to Istisnai Projeler, a Bodrum wedding organizer and event management firm being managed by a lovely lady, Hande Atinc and Burcin. Things just got even better and week by week we felt more comfortable and started to enjoy the process of planning the wedding, as you know planning a wedding from overseas in not easy as it seems but having these marvelous professionals Hande and Fatma planning every single step for us kindly made a huge different.

 

Anyhow, six months past and we have arrived in Bodrum a week before our wedding and our families arrival. Hande organized a meeting at Sianji with all the people involved including Hotels Sales Manager, Designer (Decor/Flower), Executive Chef, Photographer, DJ and Live music band. Fatma greeted us and this was our first impression with her and Hande, after all those months here we are in Bodrum feeling so lucky to have found these two ANGELS. We went through the whole venue, briefing and adjustments in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Then in the evening it was time for trial of the hair and make up artist for the bride, Another two marvelous people Sirin & Erol.

 

All and all the day of the wedding, there was live band playing in the garden along cocktail and a ceremony in the beach and reception to follow.

Service and planning was so smooth and we actually got to enjoy the day ourselves. The quality of service at reception was exceptional with very well trained staff. There was many of them and it was generous of them to allocate that many staff to our event.

 

It turned out we had the most memorable event of our life plus a holiday to enjoy with our families. They exceeded our expectations well above what we had expected from beginning all the way to the end. It was worth every penny given that it was also all very reasonably priced. They are all professional, kind, honest with transparent contracts and nothing more. I do highly recommend Sianji as an accommodation and event venue and similarly Istisnai Projeler accordingly.
